GRUB Error 22 (get back to Windows XP)

i encountered this error after removing my Ubuntu installation, so if anyone had the same problem here is the solution:

• just grab your windows xp cd and boot the pc with it
• by pressing "R" go to console
• type "fixmbr" and confirm by saying Y (J for dansk brugere, E turkce kullananlar icin)
• then boot it in harddrive mode

if this does not work do the same steps but after saying "fixmbr" also type "fixboot"...this should work, else try to lose yourself in the depths of google and deal with systemrescue cd commands
